.Character Appearance.
Eye Color -- Hazel. Her eyes are usually a bit of a mixture of brown and green, but it depends on her mood.
Eternal Trait -- Do scars count? If so, Eli has a scar stretching from right above her left eye and all the way down the left side of her face to her jaw line. (She slipped and fell on bleachers, hitting the left side of her face.)
Height -- 5'10
Weight -- 130
Overall Appearance -- If you start with Eli's head, her most noticeable trait-excluding her scar-are her eyes, which are large and bright. Going down, you'll find that her nose is a bit larger than most women, though not to the extent that it would make her look unattractive. Further down, you'll see that her lips look very healthy, red and plump, though short and small. Auburn coloured hair streams down the sides of her face like banners, two not-so-much bangs hand down to the bottom of her neck.
Her shoulders aren't too bulky, but are muscular. Her body is slim and fit, though she would never consider herself skinny. Her arms aren't very big, but aren't scrawny either; what you would call 'just right'. Her hips are wider than most girls' at her age. Her legs are niether meaty nor skinny; again, what you would call 'just right'.
All and all, you could say she has the hourglass type of body.
.Personal Character Information.
Personality -- Eli is very bright-both in intelligence and attitude. She is almost always perky and happy, though there are those moments when she'll suddenly go into a deep depression of some sort. Eli is a closed book. She never lets anyone see her true feelings and she tells only her closest friends about personal things (such as her history). She has two sides to her, in a way. One side is the side most people see: the funny, happy, perky side, whereas her other side is shy, quiet, reserved. How she acts depends on the mood you happen to catch her in.
History -- Eli had a relatively ordinary childhood, though she many problems with her father. Her father seemed to have anger issues to Eli, always yelling and cursing at her, hitting her. She never liked to call what he did 'abuse', even though she knew that's what it was. Her mother had always told Eli to let her father be the 'Alpha dog' in the family, and do whatever he said, but Eli wouldn't give in, it wasn't in her nature. Her dignity was more important to her than giving into her father.
Eli was kicked out of her house at the age of seventeen, father claiming she had slept with a boy, when, in all truth, she really hadn't. She moved in with her nineteen-year-old boyfriend, who had had a place of his own by then. But after Eli caught her boyfriend cheating and broke up with him, she moved into an apartment of her own. By now she was eighteen, and could find a place of her own.
Trama struck the young woman when her mother and father died in a car crash. Even though those were the same parents that had kicked her out of her own home, she still shed a thousand tears when she heard of their death. After that, she could never seem to trust anyone anymore, and she never wanted to. She had no close friends; hardly any friends at all for that matter. She tended to be a loner in her ways, having friends just made it harder to go on when they departed.
She didn't want to have to go through that pain again.
.RP Example.
That unmistakable burning sensation was passing through the young woman right now, and she knew that her Shift was about to be over. It had taken only about a minute before there was a marble coloured German Shepherd where the human was before. Eli had never been a good Shifter; her parents-her mother, to be exact-had never taught her the ways of Shifting, being a Shapeshifter herself. She was slow in Shifting, but it had never bothered her much.
A cloud of dust flew behind Eli as she trotted forward, stretching her new muscles. She loved her dog form much more than her human form. As a dog, she felt so free. And besides, she got much more attention from the people around here, always wanting to pet her and take her home. At least in one life people wanted her.
Eli stuck her snout to the ground, scoping out a potential meal that might be around. Every now and then she would find a squirrel or rabbit or other small mammal. They were never filling, but they would suffice for her as a dog. After all, she could just change back into a human and grab a bite to eat. There were a few nice restaurants around here-okay, more than a few. Really, she would eat just about anything put in front of her.
There was a plethora of blues and pinks filling the sky, mixed with a few wisps of clouds that were placed here and there. A bit of light still coming from the setting Sun projected out onto the sky, making it look more like heaven than just the boring old sky. Oh, how she wanted to just fly up there and sit on one of those clouds! But she knew that wasn't possible, and that it never would be.
But she wouldn't let that ruin her day.
